Breeder/Show Contract and Guarantee

THIS CONTRACT is made between FAITH FORRER, herein termed the SELL

herein termed the BUYER. The SELLER hereby agrees to sell to the BUYER, the cat of the following description:

payable in full on or before delivery of the cat to the buyer or buyers agent.

2. THE SELLER GUARANTEES this cat to be healthy at time of purchase. This guarantee is extended for a period not to exceed 72 hours

after delivery to the buyer or buyer's agent. The SELLER also warrants this cat to be FeLv, FIV and FIP negative provided this cat is tested within the

72 hour period. If within that period of time this cat should be diagnosed with an illness by a qualified licensed veterinarian, THE CAUSE OF

WHICH IS ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE SELLER, the cat will be replaced with another of comparable value at no charge, provided that the SELLER

is notified within the 72 hour period. The original diagnosis may be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen by the SELLER. The return of

the cat is at the SELLER's option. If returned, the cat must be in otherwise sound health and condition or this guarantee will be null and void.

****NOTE: Do not give this cat any additional immunizations until AFTER the 72 hour period or this guarantee will be null and void.****

3. THE BUYER AGREES to take good and reasonable care of the cat, to properly house the cat indoors to prevent loss by theft, running away, or

otherwise and to promptly secure the best of attention to the physical welfare of the cat, including but not limited to, maintaining the cat in proper

condition by diet, exercise, grooming and medical care.

4. SHOW/BREEDER Prospects may be used for breeding and exhibited in any cat show. In addition to the breeder guarantee, they are further

guaranteed to age 2 years against any disqualifying faults as defined by the CFA Breed Standard in effect at time of sale. This cat must be PKD tested

with negative results prior to breeding. This cat may not be bred to any cat that has been PKD tested with positive results or any cat which has not

been PKD tested. If this cat is tested and the results are positive, the cat will be replaced with one of equal value. Owner must provide written proof of

PKD test. Results are subject to confirmation by veterinarian chosen by the SELLER, and at the SELLERS expense.

5. Prior to breeding, BUYER further agrees to show this cat and attain championship status in either CFA, ACFA or TICA, at BUYERS expense.

6. Ownership of this cat may not be altered without first obtaining the Seller's written consent unless cat is spayed or neutered.

THIS GUARANTEE IS FOR REPLACEMENT ONLY AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO MONEY IN WHOLE OR IN

PART WILL BE RETURNED. A REPLACEMENT CAT WILL BE OFFERED. ANY APPLICABLE GUARANTEE WILL BE

RENDERED NULL AND VOID IF THE CAT HAS SUFFERED INJURY, NEGLECT OR MISTREATMENT. DELIVERY OF

DISCLAIMER: It shall be the responsibility of the Buyer to determine the suitability of this cat BEFORE purchase. The Seller shall

not be responsible if this cat is or becomes incompatible in any way with the Buyer, Buyer's lifestyle, family members, other pets, or

other circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
